IT company that focused on developing passenger-centric solutions for Airlines is looking for responsible HR Generalist


Skills and abilities

  • 2+ year experience in IT Recruiter role (experience in IT is a must)
  • Knowledge in all HR processes (adaptation, motivation, staffing, performance evaluation) will be a plus
  • Excellent organizational, leadership, proactivity, flexibility and good communication skills
  • Strong soft skills
  • Computer skills: MS office, Google Sheets, Jira - would be a plus.
  • Upper-intermediate level of English (spoken and written)

Working duties:

-Providing Recruitment and HR support for the company

  • Providing full cycle recruitment services and consultancy
  • On-boarding process and adaptation of new employees
  • Support employees with the company's processes and procedures
  • Providing one-to-one meetings
  • Organization of corporate events, meetings
  • Manage HR documents
  • Maintain and improve positive employee relations and corporate atmosphere
