Support operator (Japanese, English)

International Swiss Forex Bank invites a Support operator with knowledge of Japanese and English to join its team.

We offer:

• Comfortable office in the center of Kyiv (metro University);

• Working schedule Mon-Fri 4.00 am −11.00 am, Sat, Sun days off;

• Prospective work in an international company;

• Long-term cooperation;

• Salary up to $1500.

Responsibilities:

• Client support

• Client due diligence and KYC procedures

• Processing of clients' documents

Experience is not required, the company offers training.

Requirements:

• Fluency in Japanese is required

• Fluency in English is required

• Higher education (students are welcome)

• Computer literacy
• Experience in finance/banking industry will be considered as an advantage

• Ability to work in a team and achieve global goal

• Accuracy and punctuality

• Stress resistance

• Previous client communication experience is considered as advantage
