- Advanced/Fluent English for seamless day-to-day communication with clients via email, chats, and phone.
- Previous experience of work with CRM Systems (Salesforce, Hubspot)
- Knowledge of business etiquette, ability to conduct business correspondence, resulting in satisfaction of the client and achievement of business goals
- Experience in and understanding of the core principles of Digital Marketing
- Experience within online education industry will be a huge advantage
What you will be doing:
- Development and Implementation of a comprehensive strategy of engagement with new partners and affiliates
- Development of promotions, events and tactics to increase the effectiveness of existing affiliates
- Collaboration with Marketing and R&D Departments in order to deliver a seamless partnership experience to the affiliates
- Write emails, establish and maintain communication with affiliates.
- Support the affiliates in your portfolio and handle ongoing related issue including attribution, payments, technical issues and general questions
- Research and potential affiliates according to predefined criteria
- Conduct inquires and fix attribution processes
- Create periodic reports and deliver them to the affiliates
- Provide insights to improve affiliate funnels
