Financial institution providing customer support, billing, payment solutions services for clients across the globe is looking for VoIP agent
- 1+ year VoIP agent experience;
- PBX knowledge (asterisk 1 place other systems also are ok);
- Excel formulas knowledge is a must;
-Ability to learn complex technical information quickly;
-Excellent written and oral communications skills;
-Provide problem resolution via the telephone or chat;
-Escalate problem to technical group;
- ASR/ACD system reports;
- Daily requests regarding the user's issues in PBX, CRM, Zoiper, etc.;
- VOIP financial reports;
- Follow-Up with customer to verify final resolution.
-Comfortable office near m.st. Contractova pl.;
-Flexible working hours;
-Competitive salary: every six months + 5%;
